Our wood wick, triple scented, 100% soy wax candles are hand poured in Spokane, WA. We use real ingredients in our candles - fragrance oils infused with essential oils, 100% American-grown soy wax, and untreated cedar wood wicks.

What does "hand-poured" mean?

What do we mean when we say "hand-poured"? It means that we make candles the old-fashioned way. We take the time and care with our own two hands. Everything at Anchored Northwest is done by hand - from the wicking of your cedar wick to the pouring of your 100% soy wax candle.

Why Wood Wicks?

Wood wicks burn slower and longer than cotton wick soy candles, by up to 25%, giving you more bang for your buck. Wood wicks burn hotter for more smell power, leading to a more fragrant candle. Wood wicks have nearly zero carbon buildup and therefore no soot. Wood wicks require less trimming than a cotton wick and our wood wicks are harvested in sustatinable forests right here in the USA. And of course...the CRACKLE! In other words, wood wicks are cooler than cotton wicks.

    I'm addicted to AnchoredNorthwest candles and Farmhouse Streusel is my very favorite. Very clean burn and excellent throw.

    Hands Down THE BEST Pastry Scent of All

    I can't say enough great things about Farmhouse Streusel. I'd burn one of these in every room of my house at the same time if I could leave them unattended but that's not smart!! So I'm happy with burning 2 in the area of the house where we spend the most time. When I walk into a room after this has been burning I am enveloped in cinnamon, clove, cream and vanilla. Such a cozy feeling! As a child my mom always baked her own pies from scratch. She would have left over dough from the crusts. Mom would roll out the dough, sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon, roll them up and bake them. My brother and I lovvvvved those cinnamon 'rolls'! This candle reminds me of that. No wonder I love it the most!
