All our candles are shipped from Spokane, Washington.
Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. Please double check that your email is correct before hitting submit. When your handmade candles are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information.
All average shipping times assume no delays. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time a delivered good remains outside (on a doorstep).
